Why invest in our motherhood photoshoots? We miss so much in our daily lives, as we rush through the day, trying to keep up with the never ending tasks. We snap photos on our phone to send to adoring relatives of our little ones, we as mothers, are rarely in them. Sometimes we just need to slow down a little, take in the smell of our baby as we wonder through the woods, watch as their feet kick at the ground, not worrying about the dirt and how much we need to clean, for now. We don’t stop to really notice just how small their fingers are, or how adorable their chubby legs and long eyelashes are. And realize, they will never be this small again. These memories, of how their fingers grasp, how their legs kick, how their eyes look in awe, at the world, and at you, need to be preserved. The story of the unbreakable connection, of a mother and her baby, can be told in photographs, as a timeless reminder of the most wild, and wonderful time of our lives.
